NotioNinja is an independent directory of Notion templates. It gives you a place to compare useful starting points before opening a creator’s page.

How this works

A useful place
to begin.

Choose around the job you need done.

A beautiful dashboard can still be the wrong fit. Start with the thing you want to make easier: keeping up with classes, remembering a client’s next step, planning meals, or finding your notes again. The categories are organized around those everyday jobs.

Each listing brings together a preview, creator credit where available, pricing information, and practical selection notes. The notes explain who a template may suit, what to consider, and one manageable way to start. They are editorial guidance, rather than a claim that every template has been purchased or tested in a live workspace.

Keep the creator close to the work.

Templates stay on the creator’s own platform. The main action takes you to the original Notion Marketplace page or creator store, where you can check the current offer and download instructions. Screenshots are credited to their source; the selection notes and category guides are written for this directory.

The collection draws on PathPages’ free-template roundup , Notion Marketplace , and Notion Everything . Entries that share the same destination are combined so you do not have to browse the same download twice.

Know what a pricing label means.

A free label means the linked listing offered a free download when its pricing was checked. Some stores ask for an email address or offer an optional contribution. Paid templates are labeled separately, including products that appeared in an older free-template list but now have a price.

Creators can change an offer or move a page. A “Source listing” label means the reference did not include a direct download, or that the original destination was unavailable when checked. Those entries open the credited reference instead of sending you to a known broken download.

Start small enough to use it.

Try a template with a handful of real tasks or notes before moving an entire workspace. Remove sections you do not need, check the page on your phone, and give it a week. The best fit is a system you can keep using when the week gets busy.

If you have made something useful, you can submit the original link and tell us who it helps. Submissions are reviewed before they appear in the directory.
