How to use it in practice
Define one annual outcome and split the next quarter’s contribution into a milestone you can evaluate. Link the immediate tasks to that milestone, then complete a sample task and inspect the rollups. During review, compare the displayed progress with evidence of the actual business result.
Set it up in your workspace
