About Seed Startup Product Roadmap
An early-stage product roadmap recording initiative priority, impact, effort, delivery stage, and target date, with schedule signals for missing dates, overdue work, and completed items.
What’s included
- Product Roadmap database
- Impact, effort, priority, and target dates
- Schedule formula and Roadmap Status chart
How to use it in practice
Enter a few initiatives with the evidence behind their impact estimate, then agree on the next priority with the delivery team. Add dates only where a real commitment exists. Review schedule warnings against current capacity and keep completed initiatives in the history so planning assumptions can be checked later.
Set it up in your workspace
- Open the original Notion Marketplace listing and add the template to your chosen workspace while signed in. Keep its example records until you understand how the pages connect.
- Enter a few initiatives with the evidence behind their impact estimate, then agree on the next priority with the delivery team.
- Try one complete example before adding a large backlog. Check that its views and any calculations show what you expect, then replace the sample content with your own.
Who it suits and what to consider
Seed-stage founders and product teams choosing and reviewing a manageable delivery plan. The formula compares recorded dates and statuses. It does not estimate engineering capacity or prove that a high-impact initiative will create customer value.
