About User Journey Map - Clean Minimal
Map a customer journey in Notion through awareness, consideration, acquisition, retention, and advocacy, recording goals, touchpoints, and emotions.
What’s included
- Five-stage journey structure
- User goal and touchpoint fields
- Emotional-state notes
- Stage progress and reflection space
How to use it in practice
Choose one user situation rather than mapping every customer at once. Record the goal and touchpoints at each relevant stage, using research to support the emotional observations. Mark assumptions clearly, then review where the journey breaks down and decide what additional evidence or design work is needed.
Set it up in your workspace
- Open the original Notion Marketplace listing and add the template to your chosen workspace while signed in. Keep its example records until you understand how the pages connect.
- Choose one user situation rather than mapping every customer at once.
- Try one complete example before adding a large backlog. Check that its views and any calculations show what you expect, then replace the sample content with your own.
Who it suits and what to consider
UX teams and solo product builders documenting a journey for a specific user situation. The five stages are a starting model. Adapt them to the actual journey and avoid presenting imagined emotions as observed user evidence.
