About Freelance Photographer OS
A photography-business workspace combining client records, shoot packages, production tasks, a booking pipeline, and a library for shot lists, pricing guides, scripts, and contracts.
What’s included
- Client CRM and booking pipeline
- Shoot packages and production workflow
- Business asset and template library
How to use it in practice
Add a confirmed shoot with its deliverables and gallery deadline, then break the editing work into the stages you actually use. Keep the client’s gallery link in the project record. Review the booking pipeline separately so an inquiry without a deposit does not appear as a confirmed commitment.
Set it up in your workspace
- Open the original Notion Marketplace listing and add the template to your chosen workspace while signed in. Keep its example records until you understand how the pages connect.
- Add a confirmed shoot with its deliverables and gallery deadline, then break the editing work into the stages you actually use.
- Try one complete example before adding a large backlog. Check that its views and any calculations show what you expect, then replace the sample content with your own.
Who it suits and what to consider
Freelance photographers coordinating inquiries, confirmed shoots, editing, and gallery delivery. The workspace tracks the business process around photography. It does not replace image editing, gallery hosting, contract signing, or your payment service.
