About RecruiterOS — Recruiting Tracker
A paid recruiting decision layer with candidate urgency and match scores, interview questions, hiring outcomes, and team performance records, intended to sit alongside an existing ATS.
What’s included
- Candidates with urgency and role-match scores
- Interviews, Decisions, and Recruiters databases
- Interview questions, hiring-success measures, and setup guide
How to use it in practice
Enter a few shortlisted candidates manually and compare their urgency scores with the actual follow-up needed. Review the role-match criteria before using a score to prioritize someone. Keep interview evidence and the final decision together so a team review can examine the reasoning rather than only the calculated percentage.
Set it up in your workspace
- Open the original Notion Marketplace listing and add the template to your chosen workspace while signed in. Keep its example records until you understand how the pages connect.
- Enter a few shortlisted candidates manually and compare their urgency scores with the actual follow-up needed.
- Try one complete example before adding a large backlog. Check that its views and any calculations show what you expect, then replace the sample content with your own.
Who it suits and what to consider
Recruiters prioritizing shortlisted candidates and reviewing interview or hiring decisions. The creator explicitly says it does not synchronize automatically with Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever. Scores are decision aids based on recorded inputs, not validated assessments of a person’s suitability.
