About Agency Risk & Documentation Tracker
An agency review workspace with separate risk and document libraries, connecting severity, likelihood, impact, ownership, mitigation, document versions, and review dates.
What’s included
- Risks database with score, exposure, and mitigation
- Documents database with versions and owners
- Risk charts, review calendars, and example records
How to use it in practice
Add a current delivery risk and identify the person responsible for the response. Link or record the supporting procedure in the document library and set its review date. Use the calendar to revisit the risk after a meaningful project change instead of assuming the initial score stays accurate indefinitely.
Set it up in your workspace
- Open the original Notion Marketplace listing and add the template to your chosen workspace while signed in. Keep its example records until you understand how the pages connect.
- Add a current delivery risk and identify the person responsible for the response.
- Try one complete example before adding a large backlog. Check that its views and any calculations show what you expect, then replace the sample content with your own.
Who it suits and what to consider
Agency owners and delivery leads reviewing operational exposure alongside the documentation needed to manage it. Risk calculations depend on the chosen rating method and inputs. The sample risks illustrate a structure and do not establish a complete review of your agency’s obligations.
